fantastic find near trastevere station!
spacious apartment convenient laundry
i was thrilled to find such a spacious and clean apartment! having snacks and water restocked daily was a real treat. the laundry room was super convenient, i washed all my travel clothes before heading home!
i found the door code left on a note outside with my name on it, and the room key was inside the front door also with my name on it. it felt a bit insecure not having a traditional lock inside the room as a solo female traveler.

the hotel is near roma trastevere train station, this made trips to vatican city and the colosseum quick. the proximity to transport links made getting around easy and stress free.

the balconies added a great bonus , they provided lovely bright space. luggage storage was available on checkout day , it was very handy. there were also laundry facilities which i used.

breakfast supplies were provided , this included tea and coffee. i was really surprised by the daily provision of free snacks and soft drinks. it was a great touch, especially after a long day.

the housekeeping service was really good , the room was cleaned daily. fresh bedding was provided, it was a nice touch. paolo at the front desk was lovely, he was very helpful.

staff assistance room facilities free snacks poor insulation weak ac shower maintenance
the staff helped with tips for travel. the room was clean, it had appropriate facilities. they cleaned everything every day and included free drinks and snacks.
the room was not insulated well. i could hear music from outside. the airflow from the ac didn't fully reach the bed and stayed concentrated at the entrance to the room. the shower seemed to needs maintenance.

temperature control gym access
I found the lack of control over the room temperature really bothersome. I had to message someone to adjust it and that was a hassle. also, the website advertised a free gym. it's not really free. there's an outdoor area you can use, but the actual gym costs extra, that was a big letdown.
